Firstly, pour the purchased fresh hawthorn into a stainless steel cleaning basket. Then, place the cleaning basket that has been poured into the fresh hawthorn into the cleaning tank. Open the water spray valve, wash and soak the fresh hawthorn with water for about 5 minutes. Then shake the cleaning basket to ensure that the hawthorn in the basket is washed evenly and without any omissions for about 5 minutes. Then, pour the cleaned fresh hawthorn into the turnover box. Pour about 7 dry grams of hawthorn into each basket, drain the water, and transport it to the cutting workshop.
2、 Cutting and selection:
It is divided into two types: manual cutting and mechanical cutting. Manual cutting involves first removing the head and tail parts of fresh hawthorn, with a thickness of approximately 2-3 millimeters. Then, cut each of the two exposed sections of the hawthorn, each with a thickness of approximately 6 millimeters. The remaining fresh hawthorn strips with fruit kernels in the middle are then pushed out using the central axis of the scissors. Put the fruit kernels and two end strips into the waste port, collect them uniformly, and put the remaining three strips into containers. Use a conveyor to transfer them to the end of the conveyor, and then collect them uniformly and transfer them to the drying workshop through the material port. During mechanical cutting, manual selection is carried out, and qualified products are collected and transported to the drying workshop through the material outlet. Products that do not meet the requirements are placed in waste containers and disposed of together.
3、 Drying:
Pour the hawthorn strips into a tray with a thickness of about 3-4 centimeters and place them evenly and neatly. Each tray should be filled with about 5 dry grams of hawthorn strips, and then put them into the drying car in sequence. After filling them, quickly push the drying car into the drying room for drying (the temperature in the drying room must be maintained at 80-90 ℃). After waiting for 5 hours, drag the car out of the drying room, cool it in a natural environment for 5 minutes, and then pour it into the stainless steel material pool in the sorting workshop.
